Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

VIPChatpass uses third-party payment processors to handle checkout and billing. Payment details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored in full by VIPChatpass.

All questions and queries regarding transactions should be directed here.

Charges appear on your statement as VIPChatpass. Users are responsible for maintaining their account and settings via the My Account page.

If you believe you were billed in error, contact billing support promptly so we can review the charge and account activity.

Cancellation. You can cancel your membership at any time in My Account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refunds. Refunds are not automatic. If you believe you were charged after cancellation or billed in error, contact billing support for review. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
