Chat Pass does not process or store your payment information; all payments are processed via a trusted third-party processor, Square.
All personally identifiable information, including your payment method is transmitted, stored and processed directly with Square during the payment process, not with VIPchatpass.
All questions and queries regarding Square transactions should be directed here. Any questions regarding Square terms or further concerns should be directed to Square.
Purchases, transactions or service subscriptions -- as made available on VIPchatpass.com -- are discreetly billed on your bank or credit card statement by Square. Users are responsible for maintaining their account and settings via My Account page.
You are advised that VIPchatPass may use remedial efforts to recover payments incurred for services accessed, which are charged back to Square. If you dispute charges incurred or are unable to resolve a billing issue, you are advised to contact VIPchatpass to make a determination, that they feel in their discretion, is in the best interest of VIPchatpass.
Cancellation Policies
Pricing and service terms are as published. Cancellation of memberships or certain features shall result in termination of purchased services according to terms published and shall be effective upon processing. Users are advised to adjust payment settings during any period of suspension for violation of the Terms of Use.
Misuse of the Payment or Billing process shall constitute a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds, proration, or credits for cancellations received during a billing cycle for unused days of the applicable service subscription term.
